Job summary

Techno Consult Engineering, PC is seeking a Senior Document Controls Specialist to support a large-scale infrastructure program in Newark, NJ. This role focuses on maintaining document control processes across complex projects with multiple stakeholders, consultants, and public-sector partners.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of document controls experience, strong lifecycle management skills, and proficiency with SharePoint and Procore within fast-paced construction environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 7+ years of document controls experience in large-scale infrastructure, transportation, construction, or engineering projects.
• Experience in public-sector or transportation agency environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead document control activities for major infrastructure and transportation projects across all design and construction phases.
• Maintain, organize, and track project documentation including drawings, specs, contracts, submittals, RFIs, correspondence, reports, and technical records.
