Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Document Control Manager to oversee all document management for a major design-build project. Lead the EDMS/CDE, establish procedures, and ensure accurate tracking of deliverables, transmittals, and contracts.

Interface with Owner, Designer, Contractor, and subs, while guiding teams on lifecycle processes. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and experience on large transportation projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of document control experience on large-scale infrastructure or design-build projects.
• Experience administering EDMS/CDE and managing document lifecycles across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain document control processes, workflows, and standards.
• Administer EDMS/CDE and document registers, logs, and distribution lists.
• Coordinate document submissions, reviews, and RFCs with stakeholders.
• Produce regular document control reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Train personnel on document control systems and procedures.
