Job summary

Global Edge Group is seeking a seasoned Document Controller for an LNG industry client in Houston to migrate between EDMS systems and ensure quality controls across EPC contractors and internal stakeholders.

The role requires extensive experience with metadata-driven workflows, familiarity with EDMS tools like Aconex or PIMS, and coordination across Engineering, Construction, Commissioning and Operations to maintain document flow.

Qualifications

• 1-year owner-side with Octave InConcert Core or 2 years EPC-side experience.
• 7+ years as a Document Controller in EPC or Owner/Operator.
• Understanding metadata-driven workflows.
• Experience with EDMS like Aconex or PIMS preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or work-experience equivalent.
• Effective communication across all levels of the organization.
• Attention to detail; capable of a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage project documentation using EDMS.
• Ensure documentation aligns with processes and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate document control across Contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Support and guide document management workflows and systems.
• Maintain records of documentation flow, status, and history.
