Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Document Controller for the Project Records & Information Management team in Houston, TX. The role focuses on logging, managing and issuing project documents through EDM systems, Excel and BlueBeam, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

You will support project teams, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain compliant records in Aconex, BlueBeam, Document Management systems and Excel.

• Strong ability in verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Performs difficult technical support assignments, requiring application of advanced techniques, and engineering and mathematical principles, in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Works under direct supervision with scope for planning and organization of work methods on assigned projects.
• Receives assignments in terms of specific objectives and priorities.
• Work is reviewed for accuracy, completeness and accomplishment of objectives.
• May receive supervised / self-training in more advanced discipline work practices / applications.
