Job summary

Alora Pharmaceuticals, LLC seeks a District Sales Manager for Primary Care to lead a field-based team in the United States. You will develop sales plans, coach a ~10-person sales force, and identify market opportunities to drive sustainable growth aligned with company goals.

The role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to travel frequently to meet with physicians and clinics. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in pharma with management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the medical and/or pharmaceutical industry; previous management experience required.
• Ability to travel frequently.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; interface with multiple departments.
• Advanced interpersonal skills for coaching and performance feedback.
• Strong problem-solving skills with creative thinking.
• Ability to build rapport with MDs and office staff at all levels.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities
