Job summary

Alora Pharmaceuticals is seeking a District Sales Manager for Primary Care to lead a field-based sales team in the assigned market. You will provide strategic direction, coaching, and accountability to achieve growth aligned with our vision and values.

The DSM will analyze market opportunities, develop action plans, and drive performance while coaching team members for corporate growth. This role requires travel and a focus on delivering results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in medical/pharmaceutical industry with prior management experience.
• Ability to travel frequently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced interpersonal skills for coaching and feedback.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
• Demonstrated organizational and presentation skills.
• Solid clinical product knowledge and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities
