Alora Pharmaceuticals is recruiting a District Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team across designated U.S. markets. You will develop district strategy, coach reps, and monitor performance to achieve prescribing goals.

You will collaborate with leadership to drive market share growth, analyze data, and optimize call plans while maintaining a high standard of ethics and patient focus. This role requires travel and strong leadership skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of sales management experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Healthcare.
• Proven ability to develop and motivate others, lead through change, and deliver objectives.
