Job summary

Alora Pharmaceuticals is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a high-performing field team across multiple east coast locations. The role focuses on district strategy, coaching, and achieving sales targets with a strong emphasis on data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University.
• At least 2 years of sales management experience in Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, or Healthcare.
• Ability to recruit, retain, and develop a high-quality team.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries and data analysis.
• Willingness to travel overnight as required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and manage a high-performing district team.
• Create and drive district strategy and short-term tactics to achieve business goals.
• Coach field sales reps on selling skills and product knowledge.
• Monitor analytics and drive call plan adherence and execution.
• Ensure district meets or exceeds sales targets and goals.
• Organize district meetings, training, and shared best practices.
