Alora Pharmaceuticals is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead and grow a district across the United States. You will recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, drive district strategy, and coach representatives to meet and exceed targets.

The role offers a competitive base salary with incentives, a full benefits package, a company vehicle, and generous PTO. Overnight travel may be required depending on location.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years of sales management experience within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or Healthcare Industry.
• Ability to recruit, retain, and develop a high-quality team.
• Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
• Overnight travel may be required (depending on geographical location).
