Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior District Manager for Immunology Autoantibody Diseases to lead a Pacific Northwest district spanning multiple states. You will mentor Rare Disease Account Executives, set district strategy, and drive performance in a highly competitive market.

In partnership with the Regional Business Director, you will coordinate with Brand Marketing and commercial partners, engage with key influencers, and push for patient-centered outcomes in immunology.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales leadership.
• Valid Driver's License in the United States.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.
• Residence within the assigned geography or willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of RDAEs to achieve immunology sales objectives.
• Develop district vision and high-performance culture.
• Design local ecosystem plans and align with brand strategy.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Strategic Customer Group, and Commercial Excellence.
• Engage with KOLs and C-suite executives to advocate for products.
