Dexcom, a leader in continuous glucose monitoring, is seeking a District Sales Manager to build and lead a high-performing district team. You will coach Territory Business Managers, develop district plans for market expansion, and drive growth with stakeholders across endocrinology, primary care, and pharmacies.

Travel 50-75% and collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, and Operations to execute strategies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; 8–12 years in the industry.
• 2–5 years of management or lead experience.
• Experience in healthcare or medical devices is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing district team.
• Coach and mentor Territory Business Managers for performance.
• Develop and execute district plans for market expansion and growth.
