Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a seasoned District Leader to build and guide a high-performing district team across the United States. You will coach Territory Business Managers, develop district plans, and lead field execution with endocrinology, primary care, health systems, and provider networks to accelerate growth and improve patient outcomes.

You will partner with Market Access, Marketing, Trade, Government Affairs, Operations, and Sales Training to execute growth strategies while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8–12 years of industry experience.
• 2–5 years of previous management or lead experience.
• Diabetes, endocrinology, medical device, or specialty healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing district team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth.
• Coach and mentor Territory Business Managers to maximize individual and team performance.
• Develop and execute district business plans that drive market expansion, customer engagement, and sustainable revenue growth.
• Lead field execution across key healthcare stakeholders, including endocrinology and primary care practices, health systems, pharmacies, diabetes education programs, and strategic provider networks.
• Collaborate with field teammates to strengthen selling skills, deepen product knowledge, and identify growth opportunities.
• Leverage data, market insights, and performance metrics to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and drive execution against business objectives.
