Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 8 - 12 years of industry experience.
• 2 - 5 years of previous management or lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead district team in a culture of accountability and growth.
• Coach Territory Business Managers to maximize performance.
• Develop and execute district business plans to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
• Lead field execution with endocrinology, primary care, health systems, and providers.
• Collaborate with field teammates to strengthen selling skills and product knowledge.
• Leverage data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and remove barriers.
• Build relationships with key healthcare professionals and partners in the district.
• Coordinate with Market Access, Marketing, Sales Training, and leadership to execute growth strategies.
• Champion talent development and succession planning across the district.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
