Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business Administration preferred or high school diploma with 13 years gas ops experience.
• Technically proficient as a gas operations dispatcher.
• Strong knowledge of gas field operations policies and procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and monitors union and non-union staff and attendance, work quality and discipline.
• Ensures compliance with Federal, State and Corporate regulations and procedures.
• Executes same-day dispatching for emergency and planned work to maximize productivity.
• Directs dispatchers to ensure staffing, minimize overtime, and meet metrics.
• Reviews workload and assigns to contracted crews in a timely manner.
• Maintains construction work orders, service cards, and documents.
• Processes State permits and records for them.
• Engages in safety and process improvement programs and delivers results.
• Provides 24/7/365 on-call coverage in field operations.
