The Southern Connecticut Gas Company is seeking a Supervisor – Dispatch & ECC in Orange, CT. The role supervises daily operations personnel and oversees dispatch and field activities to ensure efficiency and safety, with 24/7 on-call coverage.
Responsibilities include supervising union and non-union staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, executing same-day dispatch of emergency and planned work, directing dispatchers, reviewing workload, and documenting permits and work orders.

The salary range for this position is dependent upon experience, ranging from $116,640 to $145,800.
Responsible for the daily supervision and organization of assigned operations personnel in order to effectively and efficiently accomplish job tasks in line with departmental and company requirements.
Supervises day-to-day gas operations field activities to drive greater efficiencies and performance of all dispatch and field employees.
