Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading web, digital experience, optimization, or digital marketing functions with teams.
• Proven ability to translate vision into measurable business outcomes through conversion optimization.
• Experience leading large-scale web transformation or consolidation in enterprise settings.
• Deep expertise in CMS, asset management, web analytics, SEO, personalization, and digital measurement.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled optimization technologies and modern digital ecosystems.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and privacy regulations, plus digital governance.
• Ability to balance strategy with operational execution and communicate with executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise web strategy, roadmaps, governance, and operating model.
• Own key web performance metrics: engagement, conversion, and user journeys.
• Lead an experimentation program and scale personalization across experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, analytics to establish measurement frameworks.
• Drive large-scale digital transformation, migrations, and platform modernization.
• Build and mentor a global web operations team with clear goals and growth plans.
