EY-Parthenon, part of EY, is recruiting a Senior Director for Strategy and Execution Value Creation. You will lead cross-functional teams on operational improvements within transactions, including due diligence, carve-outs, integrations, and 100-day value realization.

This role requires strong analytics, financial acumen, and the ability to drive client value in large-scale engagements. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in strategy/operations consulting, M&A experience, and familiarity with driving

Qualifications

• Project management experience leading cross-functional teams across EY-Parthenon practice lines.
• Strong business acumen with ability to drive value for clients.
• Experience in P.E./M&A value creation or operating improvement programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational focused projects across the full lifecycle of a transaction.
• Oversee operational due diligence, EBITDA upside, and risk assessment.
• Plan buy-side carve-outs and integration to enable fast value realization.
• Execute 100-day post-acquisition value creation planning and ongoing performance improvement.
• Support exit readiness strategies to maximize returns.
