EY-Parthenon seeks a Director-level leader to drive Strategy and Execution Value Creation for PE, portfolio companies, and corporate clients. You will guide projects across the transaction lifecycle, from due diligence to integration, focusing on EBITDA upside, cost and margin improvement, and working capital optimization.

Based in the US, you will lead cross-functional teams, develop client strategies, and travel to client sites or EY offices as required.

Qualifications

• Strategy and operations management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving/modeling skills.
• Experience in operational due diligence, operational transformation, and performance improvement.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs.
• Experience in value creation engagements in Industrials, Business Services, Energy, Consumer Products, and Retail.
• Deep understanding of financial statements and operational performance metrics.
• Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams in complex environments.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills and ability to develop long-lasting relationships.
• Willingness to travel and work in person at client sites or EY offices ~60% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute operational-focused projects across the transaction lifecycle.
• Oversee EBITDA upside and operational risk during due diligence.
• Plan and execute buy-side carve-outs and post-acquisition integration.
• Manage 100-day value creation and ongoing performance improvements.
• Develop exit readiness plans to maximize value for buyers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver client objectives.
