EY-Parthenon seeks a Senior Director to lead and deliver operational value creation engagements within Strategy and Execution. You will guide end-to-end programs spanning due diligence, carve-outs, integration planning, and post‑acquisition value creation, working with cross‑functional teams and senior clients to maximize EBITDA upside.

Based in the US, this in-person role requires frequent client-site presence and travel, with a minimum of 60% on-site commitment, and a focus on building lasting

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field plus 8 years of experience, or a graduate degree with ~7 years of experience.
• Strategy and operations management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving/modeling skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience in operational due diligence, transformation, and performance improvement.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with strong quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage projects across EY-Parthenon’s strategy and execution value creation practice.
• Oversee transactions lifecycle: operational due diligence, carve-out planning, integration, and 100-day value creation.
• Drive ongoing performance improvement and exits planning to optimize returns.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and develop client‑facing relationships with senior executives.
• Cultivate strong relationships and influence with buyers and stakeholders.
