Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related business discipline.
• 15+ years of related experience in supply chain, business and enterprise leadership roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation programs and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute cross-functional value creation initiatives including tariff mitigation.
• Develop and implement a global value creation framework and governance model.
• Drive margin, cash generation and operating margin improvements across the strategic horizon.
• Build capability and strengthen the SBD business development function.
