You’ll manage commercialization, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely go-to-market plans while building strong customer relationships nationwide. The role requires 10+ years in sales/marketing, with a Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or Engineering.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of in sales, marketing or related field.
• Ability to build relationships with all levels of an organization to drive strategy.
• Skilled at aligning a team to the group’s strategic plan and owning failures while crediting the team.

Responsibilities

• Support New Product Commercialization.
• Plan and oversee new product launches across SB&D units.
• Lead and execute segment-specific marketing/development plans.
• Develop demand and sales by resolving customer problems and coordinating with salesforce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish deadlines and roadmaps.
• Drive simplified, effective launch procedures and identify growth opportunities.
• Educate the salesforce on new products and marketing vision.
