Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker Inc. is hiring a Senior Director, Value Creation Strategy, remote. You will lead the development of financial and operational goals, design a global value creation framework, and align initiatives with corporate priorities to drive margin, cash and growth.

You will oversee cross-functional programs, assess opportunities across the P&L, build compelling business cases, and push for value through governance, capability building and rigorous project management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related business discipline.
• 15 years of related experience in supply chain, business strategy or leadership roles.
• International experience and a drive to work with diverse teams and cultures.
• Demonstrated experience in supply chain/business strategy and change project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute cross-functional value creation initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Develop a global value creation framework and governance model with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve margins, cash generation and operating performance.
• Build business cases, assess feasibility and define project scope and risks.
• Drive tariff mitigation and other initiatives to unlock growth and capital efficiency.
• Collaborate with regional teams to institutionalize best practices and performance metrics.
