Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Sales Operations Manager to lead a hybrid Sales Operations team and optimize revenue processes across our Commercial organization.

You will drive analytics, pricing, forecasting, and process improvements to support growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales operations or related roles, strong CRM and analytics skills, and demonstrated team leadership in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 5+ years analytical experience in sales analysis, finance or sales planning.
• 5+ years of managing a team of direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical insight into sales activity, sales performance, and trends to Commercial leadership.
• Deliver fact-based analytical support and recommendations to optimize revenue operations.
• Develop and implement sales processes to enhance sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
• Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Manage Pricing Specialist team and collaborate with sales team to execute pricing strategies.
• Generate sales reports and customer demand forecasts, providing insights and recommendations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Identify and implement sales process improvements, including automation and streamlining workflows.
