Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Project Solutions Manager to champion engagement on major North American construction projects, from planning to closeout, including field-based and remote work.

You will develop engagement plans, align SBD resources to milestones, and build lasting relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors while promoting SBD’s value-added solutions for improved efficiency, safety, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Management or Engineering).
• 10+ years in sales, marketing or related field.
• OSHA10 & OSHA30 certifications preferred.
• Proven Construction project management experience.
• Must build relationships and influence across all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead SBD’s involvement in major North American construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Build direct relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Promote and implement SBD’s value-added products and services, customizing solutions for efficiency, safety, and profitability.
• Oversee SBD’s contributions at all construction phases, coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Develop engagement plans for each project, aligning resources to milestones and customer requirements.
• Identify new opportunities to add value and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress and budgets, and provide leadership updates on impact and metrics.
