Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare experience with payer contract negotiations.
• Deep expertise in value-based care programs and Medicaid markets.
• Executive presence with ability to influence C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deal strategy and execution across Medicaid and commercial segments.
• Lead negotiations and set risk and structure for value-based care contracts.
• Mobilize cross-functional teams and represent the company externally.
