Job summary

Imagine Pediatrics in the United States is seeking a Vice President of Business Development to own deal strategy and execution for Medicaid managed care and related payer contracts. You will lead senior health plan relationships, set terms, and coordinate cross-functional teams from discovery through go-live.

The role offers a base salary range of $210,000 - $250,000 plus annual bonus, a comprehensive benefits package, and potential equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive healthcare experience.
• Proven lead negotiator on value-based care contracts.
• Medicaid managed care experience strongly preferred.
• Executive relationship building with senior health plan stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end origination through contract execution for Medicaid managed care.
• Lead relationships with senior health plan stakeholders.
• Negotiate value-based care contracts with payers.
• Set deal structure and risk modeling strategy.
• Shape BD strategy, GTM, and expansion opportunities.
• Oversee cross-functional teams as deals advance.
• Present pipeline and growth priorities to ELT and board.
• Represent Imagine Pediatrics at conferences and state engagements.
