You will lead senior health plan relationships, contract negotiations, and strategic growth initiatives across commercial and public segments.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, shape market go-to-market plans, and travel up to 40% to advance opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or graduate degree strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive healthcare experience, including health plans, medical groups, providers, or healthcare delivery organizations.
• Proven track record as lead negotiator on value-based care contracts with payers from origination through contract execution.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead relationships with senior health plan stakeholders; Medicaid managed care experience preferred.
• Deep expertise in value-based care programs, risk arrangements, and Medicaid managed care markets.

• Shape BD strategy and growth planning, including market prioritization and go-to-market planning.
• Maintain deep expertise on Medicaid programs, RFP cycles, and policy trends affecting care for children.
• Mobilize cross-functional leaders as deals progress from discovery to go-live.
• Drive executive alignment on pipeline and growth via ELT updates and board materials.
• Represent Imagine Pediatrics externally at industry conferences and state engagements.
