Job summary

Orgill, Inc. is seeking a strategic PMO leader to oversee the full lifecycle of corporate, supply chain, digital and retail technology programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in business transformation, continuous improvement, or strategic operations.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience heading an enterprise-level PMO with multi-million-dollar portfolios.
• Experience in Digital, wholesale distribution, hardware, big-box retail, supply chain logistics, or large-scale digital transformations (cloud ERP migrations) is highly preferred.
• Exceptional storytelling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of Orgill's corporate, supply chain, Digital and retail technology project and program portfolios.
• Partner, refine, and enforce Program management frameworks, KPIs.
• Provide clear milestone tracking, dependency identification, and financial transparency regarding project health and ROI to executive leadership.
• Translate Orgill's strategic vision into actionable, quarterly project roadmaps.
• Direct Technical change management strategies, advocate for internal shifts, eliminate workflow friction, and drive high adoption rates for new tools and processes.
• Evaluate and optimize operating bottlenecks within wholesale distribution, retail services, and corporate functions to build scalable workflows.
• Lead, develop, and upscale a high-performing team of PMO professionals through mentorship and career development.
• Serve as a core bridge across Tech, Logistics, Marketing, Digital and Retail Services for cohesive program execution.
