Job summary

Orgill, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to drive Foundation Transformation, overseeing the enterprise-wide program portfolio from Digital to POS. The role requires strategic vision, strong PMO leadership, and close collaboration with executive leadership to shape quarterly roadmaps and deliver measurable ROI.

The Sr. Manager/Manager will lead a team of PMO professionals, partner with Data, Corp Systems, Supply Chain, and Operations, and guide change management initiatives across the organization

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in business transformation, continuous improvement, or strategic operations.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience heading an enterprise-level PMO with multi-million-dollar portfolios.
• Experience in Digital, Marketing, Services, POS is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of Orgill's Digital, Marketing, Services, POS project and program portfolios.
• Standardize methodologies by partnering to refine and enforce PMO frameworks and KPIs.
• Provide executive visibility with milestone tracking, dependencies, and ROI reporting to leadership.
• Align strategic vision with quarterly project roadmaps through collaboration with executives.
• Lead change management strategies to drive adoption of new tools and processes.
