Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in transformation, operations, or strategic programs.
• 5+ years heading an enterprise-level PMO with multi-million-dollar portfolios.
• Experience in Digital, Marketing, Services, POS is highly preferred.
• Exceptional storytelling and stakeholder management to influence executives.
• Bachelor’s required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete lifecycle of Orgill's Digital, Marketing, Services, POS project portfolios.
• Standardize program management methodologies, KPIs, and governance.
• Provide executive visibility with milestone tracking, dependencies, and ROI clarity.
