Job summary

Orgill is seeking a strategic Sr. Manager/Manager, Foundation Transformation to lead enterprise-wide change initiatives and govern the project and program portfolio from our Collierville, TN headquarters.

You will define organizational change roadmaps for Digital, Marketing, Services, and POS, align initiatives with Orgill’s technology strategy, and drive adoption, process improvements, and disciplined program execution.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in business transformation, continuous improvement, or strategic operations.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience heading an enterprise-level PMO with multi-million-dollar program portfolios.
Experience in Digital, Marketing, Services, POS is highly preferred.
Exceptional storytelling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

Portfolio Ownership: Oversee the complete lifecycle of Orgill's Digital, Marketing, Services, POS project and program portfolios.
Methodology Standardization: Partner, refine, and enforce Program management frameworks, KPIs.
Executive Visibility: Provide milestone tracking, dependency identification, and ROI visibility to executive leadership.
