Orgill is seeking a strategic, execution-focused Sr. Manager, Transformation to lead enterprise-wide change initiatives and govern the complete project and program portfolio.
In this high-visibility role, you will define change roadmaps for Digital, Marketing, Services, and POS within the TMO, aligning initiatives with Orgill's long-term tech strategy. You will drive optimized workflows, modern technology adoption, and rigorous project execution while mentoring PMO professionals and partnering
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in transformation, continuous improvement, or strategic operations.
- Minimum 5 years heading an enterprise-level PMO with multi-million-dollar portfolios.
- Experience in Digital, Marketing, Services, POS is highly preferred.
- Exceptional storytelling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of Orgill's Digital, Marketing, Services, POS projects and programs.
- Standardize methodologies, define KPIs, and ensure executive visibility into milestones and ROI.
- Translate strategic vision into quarterly roadmaps and drive change leadership.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing PMO team and collaborate across functions.
