Job summary

Orgill is seeking a strategic, execution-focused Sr. Manager/Manager, Transformation to lead enterprise change initiatives and govern the project and program portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in business transformation, continuous improvement, or strategic operations.
• Minimum of 5 years heading an enterprise-level PMO with multi-million-dollar portfolios.
• Experience in Digital, Marketing, Services, POS is highly preferred.
• Exceptional storytelling, negotiation, and stakeholder management to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Ownership: Oversee the complete lifecycle of Orgill's Digital, Marketing, Services, POS project and program portfolios.
• Methodology Standardization: Partner, refine, and enforce Program management frameworks, KPIs.
• Executive Visibility: Provide milestone tracking, dependency identification, and ROI transparency to executive leadership.
• Strategic Alignment: Translate Orgill's strategic vision into actionable quarterly project roadmaps.
• Change Leadership: Drive change management strategies and adoption of new tools and processes.
• Process Engineering: Optimize operational bottlenecks to build scalable workflows.
• Transformational Mentorship: Lead and develop PMO professionals and mentor team members.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge Data, Corp Systems, Supply Chain, and Business Operations.
