Job summary

Steno Agency, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Total Rewards, HRIS, and Data to lead the People Team in a remote role. You will shape the Total Rewards philosophy, design market-informed compensation, and own the HRIS/data foundations that power scalable people decisions.

You will partner with IT, data, and leadership to ensure compliant, equitable programs with strong governance, while driving talent strategy through thoughtful benefits, equity, and budget stewardship.

Qualifications

10+ years in total rewards or related HR discipline with leadership experience.
Built compensation frameworks, benefits programs and equity plans at high-growth companies.
Owned HRIS roadmap and built a people data infrastructure for business needs.
Knowledge of regulatory and security landscape governing compensation, benefits, and data.
Owns compensation and benefits spend with financial discipline.

Responsibilities

Shape Steno's Total Rewards and HRIS philosophy and strategy to be competitive, equitable, and scalable.
Build a rigorous, market-informed total compensation framework including job architecture, pay bands, bonuses, and equity.
Oversee end-to-end benefits strategy and administration.
Develop an HRIS and People Data foundation with data integrity, integrations, and reporting.
