Job summary

HackerOne seeks a Director, Total Rewards, Systems & Analytics to design and scale compensation, benefits, HRIS, and workforce analytics. You will lead the Total Rewards, People Systems, and People Analytics teams, translating strategy into durable systems and data-driven decisions.

You’ll own the global rewards roadmap, drive pay equity, and partner with Finance, Legal, and execs to ensure compliant, competitive compensation across regions.

Qualifications

• Extensive Total Rewards experience with compensation and benefits programs.
• Ability to design scalable rewards architecture and analytics.
• Proven leadership of managers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own global Total Rewards strategy, pay bands, equity, and benefits.
• Lead Total Rewards, People Systems, and People Analytics teams.
• Develop a single, trusted workforce view with analytics and metrics.
• Own the HR technology roadmap, especially Workday integration.
• Run annual compensation and benefits cycles with cross-org alignment.
