Job summary

HackerOne seeks a Director, Total Rewards, Systems & Analytics to design how we pay, reward, and understand our global workforce. You’ll lead Total Rewards, People Systems, and People Analytics, turning a fast-scaling People function into trusted data-driven capability and systems.

You’ll own compensation cycles, equity, and benefits, partnering with Finance and Legal on pay equity and multi-region compliance, while advancing AI-native HR technology and scalable processes across the org.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Total Rewards, compensation, analytics experience at scale.
• 5+ years of people-leadership experience, including managing managers or team leads.
• Hands-on ownership of an HRIS (Workday) and the surrounding People tech stack.
• Demonstrated experience building People analytics and workforce reporting for executives.
• Experience partnering with Finance and Legal on pay equity, compensation cycles, and multi-region compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own HackerOne's global Total Rewards strategy, including compensation structure, pay bands, equity, and benefits.
• Lead and grow the Total Rewards, People Systems, and People Analytics teams, shaping scalable structures.
• Build the People Analytics practice for a single, trusted view of headcount, attrition, pay equity, and engagement.
• Own the People technology roadmap anchored on Workday and AI-native redesign priorities.
• Run annual compensation and benefits cycles, and re-architect processes for scale.
• Operationalize change across the function as HackerOne scales, with resource planning and governance.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and the executive team on budget, headcount, and regulatory compliance.
