Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, or related HR leadership.
  • Experience designing compensation structures, salary bands, incentive programs, and job architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits strategy, administration, and vendor management.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and executive presentation skills.
  • Professional certifications such as CCP, CEBS, CBP, or GRP are a plus.

  • Design and enhance salary structures, job architecture, market pricing, and annual compensation planning.

StevenDouglas is partnering with a well-established organization to identify a strategic and innovative Sr. Manager of Total Rewards. Reporting directly to the head of Human Resources, this is an opportunity to lead the organization's Total Rewards function while helping modernize programs that support business growth and an outstanding employee experience.

This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing the organization's compensation, benefits, incentive, and recognition strategies while serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands‑on, with the ability to build scalable programs, leverage data to drive decisions, and continuously improve the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the organization's Total Rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, incentive, recognition, and wellness programs.
  • Design and enhance salary structures, job architecture, market pricing, and annual compensation planning.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and executive leadership to align Total Rewards programs with business objectives.
  • Oversee benefits strategy and vendor partnerships while balancing employee experience, compliance, and cost effectiveness.
  • Develop meaningful dashboards, reporting, and analytics that provide workforce insights and support strategic decision‑making.
