The role collaborates with executive HR leadership to align with Total Rewards and drive competitive advantage across a 24-7 healthcare system. The position directs data collection, analyses and annual merit allocations with finance partnership.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in Human Resources including five years in a management role.
• Requires ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and skills in budgeting, forecasting and continuous quality improvement.
• In-depth knowledge of staff relations, compensation, and HR data requirements is essential.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with executive HR leadership in establishing the strategic direction for compensation and Total Rewards philosophy.
• Directs the collection, analysis and interpretation of data to support pay policy recommendations for team members.
• Manages executive compensation programs and coordinates analyses with finance as required.
• Develops and coordinates annual merit allocations and market adjustments; partners with finance on budget.
• Advises management on pay issues, job classification, hiring rates, performance appraisal and policy interpretation.
• Develops compensation practices to maintain internal consistency and competitive market positioning.
