• Regulatory knowledge: HIPAA, ERISA, FLSA, and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Proven ability to improve HR systems and operational efficiency.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

• Establishes and maintains a compensation strategy aligned with Parkland’s business goals.
• Designs base pay structures, merit and market review, and incentive programs.
• Leads annual market surveys, data quality, and strategy refinement.
• Communicates programs to senior leadership and secures approvals and budgets.
• Develops job descriptions compliant with applicable laws and accreditation requirements.
• Oversees internal controls and governance for compensation programs.
