Job summary

BayCare Health System seeks a Director of Total Rewards to design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits strategies across the organization. You will ensure programs stay competitive, compliant, and aligned with BayCare's high-performance culture.

The role requires a strong leader capable of developing teams, managing vendors, and delivering data-driven insights to executive leadership. A strategic thinker with deep knowledge of benefits and compensation is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree or relevant certifications such as CCP, CBP, or SPHR preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with FLSA, ERISA, ACA, and related laws.
• Lead total rewards team and manage vendor relationships.
• Benchmark market data and conduct pay equity analyses.
• Communicate total rewards programs to executives and stakeholders.
