Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and administering compensation programs.
• Strong leadership of a compensation team and cross-functional collaboration.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred; familiarity with hospital compensation structures.
• Solid understanding of federal and state compensation regulations and compliance.
