Job summary

Parsec Automation, LLC is hiring a Senior Director, Technical Services to unify and scale its Professional Services backbone. This role leads Advisory, Delivery, and Support workstreams, shaping design standards, resource planning, and partner collaboration to ensure consistent technical excellence across engagements.

The role will professionalize operations, drive hiring and ramp plans, and partner with Enablement and SI/GSI teams to achieve predictable delivery with minimal escalations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical delivery, professional services, or engineering leadership within enterprise software or MES/manufacturing platforms.
• Experience leading multiple technical functions concurrently (advisory, delivery, support) as a unified org.
• Experience managing distributed, US/Europe teams (Spain a plus) and scaling delivery functions.

Responsibilities

• Own three workstreams: Advisory, Delivery, and Support with shared standards and governance.
• Scale capacity planning, utilization, and hiring plans; ensure predictable delivery and high quality.
• Collaborate with Enablement, Sales, and SI/GSI partners to present a single governance voice.
• Drive cross-workstream standardization, cadence, and executive reporting on delivery health.
