Job summary

Parsec Automation Corp. is seeking a Senior Director, Technical Services to unify and scale the technical backbone of its Professional Services.

You will own advisory, delivery, and support workstreams, driving consistency, quality, and predictable delivery across global engagements. The role emphasizes building scalable processes, ramping new hires to productivity, and partnering with Enablement, Sales, and SI/GSI partners to present a single credible voice on TrakSYS and related platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical delivery, professional services, or engineering leadership within enterprise software or MES/manufacturing platforms.
• Experience leading multiple technical functions (architecture, delivery, support) as a unified org.
• Proven ability to manage distributed international teams (US/Europe).
• Strong operational skills in capacity planning, SLAs, escalation management, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own three workstreams: Advisory, Delivery, and Support, aligning them under a single operating model.
• Scale teams and define hiring plans, ramp paths, and enablement for new hires.
• Ensure design, architecture, and engineering standards across engagements.
• Maintain governance through shared standards, reporting cadence, and capacity/utilization metrics.
• Manage cross-workstream communication to PS leadership and clients.
