Job summary

1Above Technology LLC is seeking a Director of Professional Services to lead the new function within its Service Delivery organization. You will connect Professional Services with Project Management, Customer Success, and other delivery teams, shaping workflows and escalation paths across Texas and California.

You will define the operating model for Professional Services, establish playbooks, and build dashboards to monitor delivery health.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in professional services, operations, or service delivery.
• Experience coordinating across Helpdesk, Triage, Field Operations, and Technical Support.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and process improvement.
• Proficiency with service management platforms; Zoho Desk a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• Willingness to travel between Texas and California offices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Service Delivery across Helpdesk, Triage, Hardware, Field Services, and Professional Services.
• Own the coordination layer between Professional Services and other Service Delivery functions.
• Build intake and triage workflows that classify and track work to completion.
• Define clear ownership boundaries and dashboards for delivery health.
• Provide regular reporting to the VP of Operations and leadership.
