Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Senior Director of Technical Product Management to lead the DSCX portfolio, owning the product operating model and prioritization framework. You will guide technical product managers and UX designers, translating business outcomes into prioritized backlogs and partnering with Engineering to ship capabilities that drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience; leadership in technical product management and IT.
• Military experience is considered equal to professional experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap standard used across all DSCX product areas.
• Define prioritization framework and ensure its application across products.
• Lead, coach and develop product management and UX teams; hire and manage performance.
• Partner with Engineering on design, sequencing, and delivery within enterprise standards.
• Maintain stakeholder maps and run recurring business reviews per product line.
