Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Senior Director of Technical Product Management to lead the DSCX portfolio across Defense and Systems. You will own the product operating model and collaborate with engineering to ship capabilities that drive measurable federal and commercial value.

The role requires 8–10 direct reports of product managers and UX designers, building standard processes, prioritization, and governance. Experience with AI and enterprise platforms will help expand team delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher; 10+ years of professional experience preferred.
Minimum 7 years in Technical Product Management and IT.
Military experience is equivalent to professional experience.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Strategy and Roadmap: own the product roadmap standard with a two–three year horizon for each product area.
Outcomes and Governance: define KPIs, OKRs, and run portfolio reviews with actionable insights.
Technical Product Leadership: ensure PRDs and INVEST-quality stories; align with engineering on design and delivery.
Stakeholder and Relationship Management: maintain stakeholder maps and run regular business reviews.
People and Team Leadership: hire, coach, and develop product management and UX teams.
