• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years professional experience OR Associate's degree with 13+ years OR High School Diploma with 15+ years.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Technical Product Management and IT.
• Military experience is equivalent to professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap standard used across all DSCX product areas.
• Define KPIs, success metrics, and OKRs for each product.
• Lead, coach, and develop the product management and UX team; own hiring and performance management.
• Build the product operating model with standard processes and artifacts.
• Partner with Engineering on technical design, sequencing, and delivery.
