Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Senior Director of Technical Product Management to lead the DSCX portfolio, defining roadmaps, prioritization, and governance. You will guide product managers and UX designers, partnering with Engineering to translate business outcomes into prioritized backlogs and ship capabilities across Federal and commercial markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher with 10+ years in technical product management or IT.
Military experience equivalent accepted as relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Own the product roadmaps and governing framework across the DSCX portfolio.
Define KPIs, OKRs, and product health metrics; manage portfolio-level reporting.
Lead, coach, and develop product managers and UX designers; hire and performance manage.
Partner with Engineering on technical design, sequencing, and delivery within EA and data governance.
Manage stakeholder relationships, funding, and business case pipeline; drive decisions to closure.
