Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Senior Director, Technical Product Management within the Digital Technology organization for the Defense & Systems portfolio. You will lead product management across DSCX, shape the operating model, and coach a team of PMs and UX designers to translate outcomes into backlogs.

You will partner with Engineering on architecture, drive KPIs, and manage stakeholder funding across federal and commercial markets. Remote-friendly in the US.

Qualifications

Ten years of professional experience in technical product management / IT or equivalent.
Experience leading product teams and establishing operating models.
Strong knowledge of enterprise digital product development and governance.

Responsibilities

Strategy and roadmap: own standard roadmap and 2–3 year plans across DSCX.
Outcomes and governance: define KPIs, OKRs, and portfolio health.
Technical leadership: ensure INVEST-quality stories and alignment with engineering.
Stakeholder management: lead relationships, funding, and decision rights.
People leadership: coach, hire, and develop product managers and designers.
