GE Aerospace seeks a Senior Director, Technical Product Management to lead the DSCX portfolio. You’ll own the operating model, drive roadmap standards, and guide PMs and UX designers to translate business outcomes into prioritized backlogs.

You will partner with Engineering and define KPIs, OKRs, and governance, while building a scalable leadership culture and leveraging AI opportunities across Federal and commercial markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 10+ years of experience, or equivalent
• Minimum of 7 years in Technical Product Management and IT
• Military experience counts as experience
• Authorization to work in the United States required

Responsabilités

• Own the product roadmap standard for the DSCX portfolio.
• Define and implement a two-to-three-year roadmap per product area.
• Define prioritization framework and maintain consistent application (e.g., RICE).
• Lead and coach product managers and UX designers.
